We used the IT Quality Index methodology to identify areas in which it is expedient to further develop the quality of our IT. We have obtained a gratifying comparison with similar companies. Quality assessment from an external unbiased point of view across 48 monitored areas confirmed to us that we are moving in the right direction. The evaluation highlighted our organizational setup, cooperation, communication with business and pragmatic approach to IT management.
